1. IDENTIFICATION OF THE OWNER

This website, accessible at https://www.maritta.es, is owned by MARITTA CHEESECAKE BOUTIQUE, with Tax ID (NIF) B21780325 and registered address at Calle Naciones, 5, 28806 (Madrid). You can contact us at info@maritta.es.

2. PURPOSE

These Terms govern access to and use of the website, as well as the conditions for purchasing our products. By browsing or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

3. PRODUCTS AND AVAILABILITY

  • We offer handcrafted, gluten-free, and 100% pasteurized cheesecakes.
  • Our cakes are made to order, although we always keep a daily stock of small cakes in all flavors and medium-sized classic ones.
  • Custom orders are not accepted.
  • We recommend consuming the cakes within 5 days, always keeping them refrigerated.
  • We may also offer complementary products such as jams or merchandising items.

4. ORDERS, PAYMENTS, AND DELIVERY

  • We accept payments via Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Union Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay through Shopify Payments.
  • Payment in-store is also available.
  • We offer home delivery (via external delivery companies and platforms such as Glovo or Uber Eats) and in-store pickup.
  • Delivery areas cover most of Madrid city (postal codes can be checked at checkout).
  • Deliveries are available every day.

5. CANCELLATIONS AND CHANGES

  • Orders placed through Glovo, Uber Eats, or Just Eat are subject to their own terms and conditions.
  • For orders placed on maritta.es, cancellations are allowed up until the order is picked up or shipped.
  • Once delivered, returns are not accepted for health and safety reasons.
  • Same-day pickup or delivery time changes are allowed.
  • Date changes with less than 24 hours’ notice are not permitted, as the cake will already be in production.

6. RESPONSIBILITY ON DELIVERY PLATFORMS

  • Maritta manages orders placed via Glovo and Uber Eats until the delivery person collects them.
  • From that moment, delivery responsibility lies with the platform.

7. WEBSITE USE

  • The USER agrees to use the website appropriately and lawfully.
  • Maritta may restrict access if any improper or fraudulent use is detected.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

  • All website content (texts, images, design, illustrations, visual style, etc.) is the property of Maritta and protected by intellectual property rights.
  • Use, reproduction, or modification without express authorization is prohibited.

9. LANGUAGE

The website is available in Spanish and English.

10. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

This website is governed by Spanish law. Any disputes will be submitted to the courts and tribunals of Madrid.
